| Skating is ranked at par with swimming in providing fitness to the entire body. Roller skating as a sport has three disciplines viz. Speed Skating, Artisitic Skating and Roller Hockey. Regular championship in each of these disciplines is held at World, Asian, National, State and District levels. |
